We apologize to our HHES students who missed out on last Thursday's Valentine's Day activities due to our early release. We hope our students and families understand that we love our students and staff and want to keep them safe.
The HSD would like to use this opportunity to express our admiration for the flexibility of our students and families, the support of our community, and the extraordinary efforts by our staff to make in-person and remote learning work this year.
Inside and outside our schools, everyone is playing a big role in reducing our county's level of COVID infections. You are submitting attestations, following the 3 Ws (1. Wear a mask, 2. Watch your distance, and 3. Wash your hands) and other safety procedures, cleaning our buildings, and stepping up in countless ways to keep each other healthy.
The HSD loves your dedication to learning and community health and appreciates your flexibility, your teamwork, and - appropriately enough - your HEART for students.
